1. General Provisions

The two parties governed by this service agreement are Zhejiang Best Logistics Technology Ltd. (hereafter, "Best") and www.800best.com (hereafter, "Best Web"). The service agreement has the effect of a binding contract.

The following terms and conditions constitute the agreement reached by Best and users in the latter's use of Best Web and Web-related services (hereafter, "services").

After users confirm the service agreement, it becomes legally effective between users and Best. Please read all contents of the service agreements carefully before registering; feel free to contact Best if you having any questions. Regardless of whether you've actually read the agreement, clicking the "confirm" button below the agreement text and registering as a user subjects you to the terms of the agreement.

Best is entitled to modify the agreement periodically and to post the modifications on Best Web for public review without the need to ask users' permission. The modified agreement takes effect from the moment it is posted. If users don't agree with the modifications, they must stop using the services. After Best modifies the service agreement, users who login or continue using the services are regarded as having accepted the modified terms.

2. Users' rights and responsibilities

• Users are entitled to enjoy services with no special limits such as releasing information, evaluation, and participating in activities, on the basis of the agreement and related regulations posted on Best Web.
• Users must agree to obey laws and regulations, respect social ethics, follow the principle of honesty and credibility, and never disturb network order while using any services.
• Users' comments and evaluations should be true without humiliating, slandering or harming others.
• Users should never post information that infringes upon intellectual property rights or other legitimate interests of others.
• Users should promise not to use Best Web for commercial applications, including but not limited to displaying materials of Best Web by means of copying or disseminating.
• Before original information is past due, users are not allowed to post information identical or similar to it.
• Users who are consumers have the right to comment on the trading company, but the comments should be true without breaching laws, regulations or social ethics.
• Users agree to receive mails or information sent by Best or its partners.

3. Best's rights and responsibilities

• Best has the responsibility to maintain the normal operation of the entire platform with existing technology and to try to enhance and improve it.
• Due to the particularity of the network platform, Best has no obligation to examine members' registering materials or behaviors in advance.
• If users have disputes with others due to the behaviors on Best Web and judicial or administration department requires related materials from Best in accordance with legal procedures, Best is entitled to provide authorities users' relevant information, including but not limited to registration information and personal information (Please refer to article 3.7 in this agreement.)
• If users conduct any illegal or improper behaviors or any others which Best thinks should be terminated, Best is entitled to delete information or terminate service without users' consent.
• Best is entitled to view users' registration information, behavior in Best Web, and other activity, and has the right to query users or to ask for modifications if any problem or reasonably suspicious behaviors or other improper or illegal activities are found.
• Best can transfer the agreement without asking for users' consent.
• When users are using Best's service, Best is entitled to receive and record users' personal information, including but not limited to IP address, Web cookie and Web history.

4. Disclaimer

Users are responsible for any information released and any behavior or other activity in Best Web, for which Best assumes no responsibility. Users clearly agree that if they cause Best to suffer any losses due to infringement of laws or this agreement, and they are demanded compensation by a third party or punished by administration and management department, they must compensate Best for any losses including reasonable legal expenses.

5. Jurisdiction

If there are any disputes caused by or related to this agreement, the suit should be brought to the people's court that does have jurisdiction over the area where Best is located. The agreement complies with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
